Our data includes:
We collect 40+ datapoints for exploration or development companies and 50+ for companies with producing mines, plus lots more for each property that a company owns or options. Search our database using any combination of the following datapoints:
Property data (Resources & Production):
We collect all key data for every property in a company's portfolio. This is displayed by property and also totalled for the whole company. This includes 43-101, JORC or local equivalent tonnage and grade estimates by category (Proven and Probable, Measured and Indicated, Inferred). We report production figures and cash costs for each mineral by property and company, and whether or not forward production is hedged.
We map property locations, and record the type of mine (open-pit, underground, tailings, etc.) for more advanced properties.
To show how properties compare, we show the industry average grade and mining costs for each mineral.
A reference date shows when a company last produced a reserve report on a property, and we show when we last updated our information. Property data is updated as companies release news.
Financials:
Assets, liabilities, revenue, income, cash flow and earnings, by quarter and year.Datapoints that vary with market activity are updated daily as of the close of trading. Financial datapoints are updated quarterly.
Value Metrics:
Everything here is built for value comparisons -- data is meaningless if it doesn't put a company in perspective relative to its peers and to the universe of mining stocks. We start with classic value investing ratios for every stock, including P/E, ROE, Dividend Yield, Equity Ratio and Current Ratio.
For mining companies, mineral deposits and production figures are at least as important as generic financials, so we've created custom metrics to compare stock prices to the quantity and quality of resource and reserve estimates.
These are our Price-to-Ore Ratios, such as "Enterprise Value : Value of Total Resources." This particular metric, our most comprehensive, takes into account the stock price, balance sheet, resource estimates and their category of confidence (Proven, Probable, Measured, etc), as well as the daily market prices of all minerals in a company's portfolio.
Some Price:Ore ratios allow for fair comparisons of companies with different minerals (e.g., how does a gold company compare to a copper company, or to a company with a mix of minerals?).

Share information:
Shares outstanding, fully-diluted shares, market cap, enterprise value, exchanges, all tickers, share prices and average volume.Datapoints that vary with market activity are updated daily at the close of their respective exchanges. All other datapoints are updated quarterly.
Geography:
We display the locations of corporate headquarters, properties and all stock listings.Through our "Property Location" filter, the database currently allows searches by region (e.g., South America) or individually by dozens of countries.
